1. CALL TO ORDER
D. Anson called the meeting to order at 6:09 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
The following members were present: Dean Anson, Deb Williams, Rick Ball, Robert Harrington, Lisa Morin,
Mike Foote.
3. SALUTE TO THE FLAG
D. Anson led the Commission in the salute to the flag.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS
L. Morin moves for approval on the minutes. M. Foote seconds the motion. Minutes are accepted.

8. OLD BUSINESS
8.I. Gale Avenue Plan By Rick
R. Ball discussed his designs Gale Ave.
8.I.i. Rick's Gale Ave Design
R. Ball explained the details of his designs for Gale Ave.
8.I.ii. Gale Ave Park Erosion App
D. Williams makes motion to accept R. Ball’s plan, sign it, and submit it to NH
DES. L. Morin seconds the motion. Unanimous.

Meg Aiman is a good fit so far. She is reliable, enthusiastic, and is very informative with visitors.
8.III. WOW Pollinator Garden
L. Morin is planting in the garden on the weekends. Work on the garden is on-going.
8.IV. Trib Sampling Of Lake Opechee And Paugus Bay
Opechee was sampled last week. Paugus Bay will be done next week.
8.V. Deep Water Sampling Of Paugus Bay
G. Draper is waiting for new filters from Bree with Lake Winnipesaukee Association to go sampling. He
will reach out to her for an update.
9. NEW BUSINESS
9.I. Langley Cove Erosion
Con Com would like to report the erosion caused by heavy rainfall and working being done by Busby at
Langley Cove to NH DES. Con Com would like to report Busby to NH DES for violating erosion control
standards that resulted in a erosion and runoff leak into Langley Brook during and following heavy rain.
9.II. Taylor Community Update
B. Harrington discusses the presence of invasive species and crab grass at Taylor
Community.
