CITY OF LACONIA DOWNTOWN TIF ADVISORY BOARD Tuesday, March 22, 2022 - 8:30 AM City Hall - Armand A. Bolduc City Council Chamber Minutes Accepted 4/19/2022 3/22/2022 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Chair: B. Neal called the meeting to order at 8:36. 2. Roll Call The following members were present: Chris Condodemetraky, Breanna Neal, Charlie St. Clair, Rob Mora, and Amy Lovisek. 3. Recording Secretary Robert Mora, Assistant Planner 4. Staff in Attendance Robert Mora, Assistant Planner 5. Acceptance of Minutes from Previous Meetings 5.1. Draft Minutes (PDF) Chair B. Neal: Asked if everyone had a chance to review the minutes and if anyone had any suggested changes. No one requested any changes. Chair B. Neal: Accepted the minutes as presented. 6. Discussion of Riverwalk The board continued its discussion on moving forward with the Riverwalk. Amy Lovisek discussed maintenance of the Riverwalk with the Board. 7. Discussion of TIF Activities The board discussed its continued interest on Wayfinding. R. Mora stated that the Planning Director Dean Trefethen was going to incorporate Wayfinding into the City's request for a parking study as requested by the City Council. A. Lovisek discussed the status of the trees downtown as to why they are being removed and when residents can expect to see them replanted. Lighting was once again discussed. The board would like to see the bridge areas lighted and an ability to change the color of the lights based on seasons and holidays. 8. New Business None 9. Old Business 8. New Business None 9.
