CITY OF LACONIA DOWNTOWN TIF ADVISORY BOARD Tuesday, April 19, 2022 - 8:30 AM City Hall - Armand A. Bolduc City Council Chamber Accepted May 24th, 2022 4/19/2022 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Chair: B. Neal called the meeting to order at 8:47. 2. Roll Call The following members were present: Chris Condodemetraky, Breanna Neal, Charlie St. Clair, and Rob Mora. 3. Recording Secretary Rob Mora 4. Staff in Attendance Rob Mora, Assistant Planner 5. Acceptance of Minutes from Previous Meetings Chair B. Neal: Asked if everyone had a chance to review the minutes and if anyone had any suggested changes. No one requested any changes. Chair B. Neal: Accepted the minutes as presented. 6. Discussion of Riverwalk The board continued its discussion on possibly extending the Riverwalk and will schedule a Site Walk walk with Public Works and Parks and Rec to move forward. 7. Discussion of TIF Activities The board decided that members would think of items that should be added to the TIF proposed activities list and then during our next meeting finalize a list that could be sent to City Council for approval. 8. Adjournment The next meeting was scheduled for May 24th at 8:30. The meeting adjourned at 9:18 AM
