CITY OF LACONIA DOWNTOWN TIF ADVISORY BOARD Tuesday, May 3, 2022 - 8:30 AM City Hall - Site Walk - Riverwalk Accepted May 24th, 2022 5/3/2022 - Minutes 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 8:30 AM 2. Roll Call The following members were present: Chris Condodemetraky, Breanna Neal, and Robert Mora Insufficient members were present for a quorum. C. St. Clair arrived at about 9:15 AM. 3. Recording Secretary Robert Mora, Assistant Planner 4. Staff in Attendance Robert Mora, Assistant Planner Krista Larsen, Assistant Director Public Works Amy Lovisek, Parks and Rec., Director 5. Riverwalk The Board completed the Riverwalk and had some discussion on the following. The board and staff ADA codes and options for the Riverwalk. Riverwalk maintenance needs were also addressed. Painting and signage needs to delineate the Riverwalk. Mural opportunities along the trail. 6. Adjournment Meeting was adjourned at 9:20 AM.
