Laconia Putnam Fund

Laconia Putnam Fund Board of Trustees Meeting November 1, 2019 The meeting was called to order at Noon at Woodside Common at the Taylor Community. In attendance was Jim Rogato, Linda Peary and Charles Bradley. Absent was Betty Ballantyne and Rich Landry. The last two shows, Ted Vigil and Neil Bascomb. were reviewed. The next show is Duke Robillard and Coco Montoya on Friday, November 8 th. and Linda will be taking care of providing access to Laconia High School for the artists and sound & light crew. Michael Yorkell will be representing Julie and overseeing the show. There was some discussion about the opening date for the Colonial Theatre. BPS was starting construction in early November 2019 and Jim will be keeping in touch with the owner of BPS regarding the progress of the renovations to anticipate when we may be able to schedule their opening show. Possible future shows suggested were: • Jay & The Americans • Mark Shelton, Elvis impersonator from Vermont • Love Dogs • David Brody • Long Island Medium • Lauren Rainbow • Mentalist Linda will contact Jen at Laconia High School regarding available dates for 2020. With no further discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 12:55 p.m.
