Laconia Putnam Fund Board of Trustees Meeting December 6, 2019 The meeting was called to order at Noon at Woodside Common at the Taylor Community. In attendance was Jim Rogato, Linda Peary and Charles Bradley. Absent was Betty Ballantyne and Rich Landry. There was discussion about future shows:  Alex Kershaw is scheduled to speak at the Taylor Community on April 15, 2020.  It is anticipated that we will plan another speaking engagement with David Brody in early 2020 and we will table that until we know if Betty has contacted David yet.  Charles Bradley made a motion to move forward with Jay and The Americans at Laconia High School Auditorium on April 24, 2020. Linda Peary seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.  There was discussion about the Fall 2020 programs but until we can get the LHS football schedule we are unable to sign contracts for September and October. It was the opinion of the Board members in attendance that The Rat Pack would be a good choice for September and an illusionist, possibly Hart Keene, for October. We should have more information about available dates at Laconia High School in early 2020. As far as the November program, we decided to pursue the availability of Albert Cummings & Ronnie Earl for November 20th, for the Blues Program. It is unlikely that any evening football games would be scheduled that late in the season. Linda will follow up with Julie with that information. Board members Jim Rogato, Linda Peary and Betty Ballantyne will be attending the City of Laconia Christmas Luncheon on Friday, December 13th. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:50 p.m.
