I. Licensing Review: a. IV: Caren’s Ice Cream, 45 Endicott Street (old waterslide location) selling ice cream, slush, root beer floats, sundaes and cold drinks. May 27 – June 27, 2016 – Chief Erickson motion to accept, Jim 2nd, all in favor b. IV: Caren’t Ice Cream, 45 Endicott Street selling t-shirts and misc. beach items. May 27- June 27, 2016 c. Taxi Drivers: Craigs Taxi; Carol A. Dearborn - TABLED d. Taxi Driver: Mr. C’s Taxi; Margaret M. Kiley - TABLED e. Taxi Driver: Craigs Taxi; James F Rhodes - TABLED II. Licensing Regular: Chief Erickson motion to accept all except Pawnbroker, Jim 2nd, all in favor a. ENT: Patio Garden Restaurant, 21 Weeks Street; Seasonal June 24, 2016- August 28, 2016 Featuring barbershoppers on Wednesdays; band concerts on Fridays and Saturdays and Jazz quartets on Sundays. b. OLS: Patio Garden Restaurant, 21 Weeks Street; Seasonal June 24, 2016 – August 28, 2016 For back patio and boardwalk patio. c. ENT: Akwa Marina Beach Bar, 95 Centenary Ave.; Seasonal 5/27/16 thru 10/10/16. For the grass picnic area and pavilion. Live entertainment. On weekends and holidays. d. ENT: Anthonys Pier, 263 Lakeside Ave. Accoustic music, seasonal June 1st thru August 31, 2016. e. IV: Happy Cow Ice Cream, During Muskrats games. June thru August, 2016 selling ice cream. f. RAFFLE: Knights of Columbus, 50/50 tickets. Draw Date 7/27/16. To benefit Charities and ceremonial Robes. g. Pawnbroker: Kramer and Hall. Keith Hall and Lilo Hall. Tabled to next month. h. ENT: Holy Grail, annual renewal III. Carolyn Dudley: Looking for refund approval from Licensing Board. She purchased two motorcycle week vendor licenses at Faro’s Italian Grill when she is only vending at one spot on the property. $ 500.00 Jim motioned to refund Carolyn the $500, Chief Erickson 2nd, all in favor USH-Use of Street/Highway IV-Itinerant Vendor RAF – Raffle OLS – Outdoor Loudspeaker ENT – Entertainment Page 1 of 2 IV.
