Agenda has been tabled to August meeting due to no quorum to hold meeting. 7/6/16
Review of Licensing Minutes: Acceptance of minutes for June 1, 2016
I. Licensing Review:
a. Taxi Drivers: Craig’s Taxi; Carol A. Dearborn
b. Taxi Driver: Mr. C’s Taxi; Margaret M. Kiley
c. Taxi Driver: Craig’s Taxi; James F Rhodes
d. OLS: New England Porch Rodies, 2 Pleasant St, every Thursday in the summer, 4pm-8pm outside in the
courtyard
e. ENT: The Steakhouse at Christmas Island, 644 Weirs Blvd. DJ, Bands, Jukebox, annual
f. Pawnbroker: Big Lake Trading, Andrew Berman, 62 Canal St, buy, sell, trade and consignment of goods
g. OLS: Fountain of Life Church, 36 Endicott St E Unit 2, church services including music (praise & worship),
June 5, July 10, August 7, September 4 with possible rain dates.
II. Licensing Regular:
a. ENT: TB CJ Inc. dba Laconia T-Bones & Cactus Jacks, 1182 Union Ave, live music (1-3 people bands) 1-2
day per week
b. ENT: Beyond the Quest LLC dba Holy Grail, 12 Veterans Sq., solo and duo acts, Thursday, Friday, and
Saturday nights yearly
c. RAFFLE: Laconia Kiwanis, 2 free nights at Wentworth by the Sea
d. Pawnbroker: Kramer and Hall. Keith Hall and Lilo Hall.
e. RAFFLE: Knights of Columbus, charitable donations, ceremonial rides, drawing 7/27/2016
f. RAFFLE: Center Harbor Food Pantry, drawing to be held 10/10/2016.
III. Dan Kite Pinstriping, motorcycle week vendor requesting a refund of $550 due to not having a suitable spot as
promised by the landlord, they moved to the speedway.
IV. Hot Potato, motorcycle week vendor requesting a refund of $600 due to not having appropriate hookups from
Beachview Bazaar
