McCarthy Wedding 2.A.ii. Fit Focus- Laconia 3. New Business 3.A. Event 3.A.i. Chaos & Kindness Motion to approve by Chief Kirk Beattie, seconded by Captain Al Graton. Motion Approved. 3.A.ii. Easter Seals - Veterans Court Christine Pederson, Senior Director of Events & Corporate Relations from Easterseals New Hampshire came before the board. She noted that this is the fourth year for this event at Funspot. It is a Beer and Wine festival and will be operating under a one day liquor license. There will be no sales, it is strictly a sampling event. Motion to approve by Captain Al Graton, seconded by Chief Kirk Beattie. Motion Approved. 3.A.iii. Laconia Blues Festival Motion to approve by Chief Kirk Beattie, seconded by Captain Al Graton. Motion Approved. 3.B. Itinerant Vendor 3.B.i. Wayfarer Coffee Roasters Chairman Jim Rogato stated that Wayfarer is exempt from paying Itinerant Vendor fee, and that he requests that they are reimbursed the $50 application fee.
