Licensing Board Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 11:59am by Chairman Rogato Roll Call: Chairman Jim Rogato, Captain Al Graton (Police), Chief Kirk Beattie (Fire) Recording Secretary: Hilary Young 10/2/2019 - Minutes 1. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 1.A. September 4, 2019 Minutes Minutes of September 4, 2019 were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 2. Licensing Review Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve all Licensing Review items. Motion was made by Captain Al Graton, seconded by Chief Kirk Beattie. Motion passed unanimously. 2.A. Itinerant Vendor 2.A.i. Ryans Rock N Dawgs 2.A.ii. Winni Wagon LLC 2.B. Raffle 2.B.i. Patriot Resilient Leader Institute 2.C. 2020 Motorcycle Week Vendors 2.C.i. Laconia Rotary Club 3. New Business 3.A. Raffle 3.A.i. Laconia Rod and Gun Club Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve. Motion was made by Captain Al Graton, seconded by Chief Kirk Beattie. Motion passed unanimously. 4. Other Business Licensing Clerk, Hilary Young, stated she is working on rewriting Chapter 161 and she will email the board with a draft in the near future. 5.
