Licensing Board 3/4/2020 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Chief Kirk Beattie (Fire), Captain Al Graton (Police) 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. February 5, 2020 Draft Minutes Minutes of February 5, 2020 were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review 5.A. Taxi Driver(s) Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve taxi drivers Debra Fraser, Lloyd Pickering, Michael McKenzie, Mark Sauve and Susan Brewster. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Graton. 6. New Business 6.A. Entertainment License Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve items 6.A.i to 6.A.v. Motion was made by Captain Graton and seconded by Chief Beattie. 6.A.i. 405 Pub & Grill, LLC 6.A.ii. Akwa Marina Beach Bar 6.A.iii. Hectors Fine Food & Spirits 6.A.iv. Laconia Rod & Gun Club 6.A.v. Naswa Resort 6.B. Outdoor Loudspeaker Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to appove items 6.B.i to 6.B.iv. Motion was made by Captain Graton and seconded by Chief Beattie. 6.B.i. Akwa Marina Beach Bar 6.B.ii. The Margate 6.B.iii. Naswa Resort 6.B.iv. Winnipesaukee Muskrats 6.C. Raffle License Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve two raffle request from Live & Let Live Farm. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Graton.  6.B.iv. Other Business Chairman Rogato presented a raffle application recieved after the agenda deadline. Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve the raffle application recieved by Belknap Special Operations Group. Motion was made by Captain Graton and seconded by Chief Beattie. 8.
