Licensing Board Meeting 6/3/2020 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Rogato 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Chief Kirk Beattie (Fire), Captain Al Graton (Police), Captain Michael Finogle 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. March 4, 2020 Draft Minutes Minutes of March 4, 2020 were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve items 5.A. through 5.E.. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Graton. 5.A. ENT- American Legion 5.B. ENT- Crazy Gringo 5.C. IV- Winni Wagon LLC 5.D. Raffle- Laconia Rod & Gun Club 5.E. Mr. C's Taxi Driver 6. New Business 6.A. OLS- Patio Garden Restaurant Robert Ames addressed the board stating how his business will be operating and practicing social distancing during COVID-19. Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve the outdoor loudspeaker and entertainment license for Patio Garden Restaurant. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Graton. 6.B. ENT- Patio Garden Restaurant 6.C. Pawnbroker/Secondhand Dealer- Keith Hall Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Graton. 7. Other Business Robert Ames addressed the board regarding a noise complaint with Tower Hill and The Big House. The Board recieved another complaint regarding noise coming from The Big House and Tower Hill Tavern. The Board requested the Licensing Clerk to follow up on their licenses to see if they are up to date. 8. Unfinished Business  House. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Beattie. Motion passed unanimously. Unanimously adjourned by 12:25 PM.
