Laconia Licensing Board Meeting 10/7/2020 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Rogato 2. Roll Call Chairman Rogato, Chief Kirk Beattie, Captain Al Graton (absent) 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. August 5, 2020 Draft Minutes Minutes of August 5, 2020 were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review Chairman Rogato asked if there were any concerns regarding the four review items. Licensing Clerk, Hilary Young, stated that the board received one complaint regarding the vendor on Weirs Boulevard. Complaint was that the vendor is not wearing masks, Hilary stated that we cannot enforce them to wear masks as they are on their own personal property and they are outside where social distancing is possible. The board agreed. Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve items 5.A. to 5.D. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 5.A. IV- Trudy Benson Crowell 5.B. IV- Winni Wagon LLC 5.C. RAF- Laconia Kiwanis Charities Fund 5.D. RAF- Laconia Rod & Gun Club 6. New Business Licensing Clerk, Hilary Young, received a renewal application for Potts Harbor Lobster Inc. They wish to continue to vend through the end of December. Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve Potts Harbor Lobster Inc. application. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 7. Other Business 8. Unfinished Business 9.
