Licensing Board Meeting 1/6/2021 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00PM by Chairman Jim Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Chief Kirk Beattie, Captain Michael Finogle 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. December 2, 2020 Draft Minutes Minutes of December 2, 2020 were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review 6. New Business 6.A. OLS- Lakes Region Sled Dog Club Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve the application with the potential of rescheduling for the lack of snow and to extend the two consecutive days until April 1, 2021. Assistant Planner Rob Mora stated that they recieved notification that morning the event had been cancelled. Application not approved. 7. Other Business 8. Unfinished Business 9. Adjournment Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to adjourn. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Beattie. Motion passes unanimously. Unanimously adjourned at 12:03 PM.
