Laconia Licensing Board 2/2/2022 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:02 PM by Chairman Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Chief Kirk Beattie, and Captain Michael Finogle 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. Draft Minutes from January 5, 2022 Minutes of the January 5, 2022 meeting were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review 6. New Business 6.A. ENT- High Octane Saloon Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve High Octane's Entertainment License. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 6.B. EVENT- Joyce's Craft Show Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve Joyce's Craft Show event license. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 6.C. EVENT- Lakes Region Sled Dog Club Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve Lakes Region Sled Dog Club's event license. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. The Board entered a discussion regarding if they need a separate raffle license. H. Young stated she will email Jennifer an application. 6.D. EVENT- Wayfarer Coffee Roasters Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve Wayfarer Coffee Roasters event license. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 6.E. RAF- Funds4Paws Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve both raffle licenses for Funds4Paws.  Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve Wayfarer Coffee Roasters event license. Motion was made by Chief Beattie and seconded by Captain Finogle. 6.E. RAF- Funds4Paws Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve both raffle licenses for Funds4Paws. Motorcycle Week Vendor Licensing Fees Board entered a discussion regarding the Licensing fees. Board agreed with the fee changes. 8. Unfinished Business 9.
