Laconia Licensing Board 3/1/2023 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato and Captain Michael Fingole 3. Recording Secretary Katie Gargano 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. Draft Minutes from January 4, 2023 Minutes from January 4, 2023 were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review 6. New Business 6.A. ENT- Hectors Fine Food and Spirits Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment license for Hectors Fine Food and Spirits. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 6.B. ENT & OLS- The Big House Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment license and outdoor loudspeaker for The Big House. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 6.C. ENT & OLS- The Looney Bin Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment license and outdoor loudspeaker for The Looney Bin. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 6.D. ENT & OLS- The Margate Resort Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment license and outdoor loudspeaker for The Margate Resort. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 6.E. ENT & OLS - Tower Hill Tavern Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment license and outdoor  loudspeaker for The Margate Resort. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 6.E. ENT & OLS - Tower Hill Tavern Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment license and outdoor loudspeaker for Tower Hill Tavern. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 6.F. RAF- Funds 4 Paws Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve two raffle licenses (6.F and 6.G) for Funds 4 Paws. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 6.G. RAF- Funds 4 Paws 50/50 6.H. Mr. C's Taxi LLC Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve a Taxi License for Mr. C's Taxi LLC. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 6.I. Mr. C's Taxi LLC - Taxi Drivers Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve all taxi drivers for Mr. C's Taxi LLC. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chairman Rogato. 7. Other Business Chairman Rogato requested a letter to be sent to Lakeport Opera House for an entertainment license. 8. Unfinished Business 9.
