Laconia Licensing Board 6/7/2023 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:46 PM by Chairman Jim Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Captain Michael Finogle, and Chief Tim Joubert 3. Recording Secretary Hilary Young 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings Minutes from the May 3, 2023 meeting were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 4.A. Draft Minutes from May 3, 2023 5. Licensing Review Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve items 5.A - 5.C. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Joubert. 5.A. ENT & OLS - Craft Beer Annex Pub 5.B. IV- Drink Positive LLC 5.C. RAF- Easterseals NH 6. New Business 6.A. ENT- Anthony's Pier Restaurant Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment license for Anthony's Pier Restaurant. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Joubert. 6.B. ENT- Belknap Mill Society Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment license for Belknap Mill Society. Motion was made by Chief Joubert and seconded by Captain Finogle. 6.C. ENT- Laconia Rod & Gun Club Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an entertainment license for Laconia Rod & Gun Club. Motion was made by Chief Joubert and seconded by Captain Finogle. 6.D. OLS- 1848 Inn Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve an outdoor loudspeaker license for 1848 Inn. Motion was made by Chief Joubert and seconded by Captain Finogle. 6.F. 2023 Motorcycle Week Vendors Chairman Rogato entertained a motion to approve 154 Motorcycle Week Vendors.
