ENT OLS - RSSSNL LLC/OFF THE RAILS Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve the entertainment and outdoor loud speaker application by RSSSNL/Off the Rails. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel contingent upon review of Planning Department with owner. Unanimously approved. 6.B. BELKNAP AREA MARKET MANAGEMENT, INC Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve event application by Belknap Area Market Management, Inc. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Deputy Chief Loutrel. Unanimously approved. 6.C. RAFFLE BELKNAP MILL QUILTER'S GUILD Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve raffle application by Belknap Mill Quilter's Guild.
