CITY OF LACONIA - LICENSING BOARD CITY HALL - ARMAND A. BOLDUC CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER 5/1/2024 - Minutes 1. Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 12:00 PM by Chairman Jim Rogato. 2. Roll Call Chairman Jim Rogato, Captain Michael Finogle, and Chief Tim Joubert 3. Recording Secretary Donna Clairmont 4. Acceptance of minutes from previous meetings 4.A. Draft Minutes from April 3, 2024 Minutes of April 3, 2024 meeting were reviewed by the board and accepted as presented. 5. Licensing Review 6. New Business 6.A. CRAFT BEER AND MORE LLC Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve the entertainment and outdoor loud speaker applications by Craft Beer and More LLC. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and second by Chief Joubert. Unanimously approved. 6.B. HIGH OCTANE SALOON Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve the entertainment and outdoor loud speaker applications by High Octane Saloon. Motion was made by Chief Joubert and seconded by Captain Finogle. Board discussed the metal building and whether or not sides would be off the building. The motion was amended by Chief Joubert and seconded by Captain Finogle to approve the applications contingent upon Fire Department inspection of building and approval. Unanimously approved. 6.C. I LOVE ROY Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve entertainment application by I Love Roy. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Joubert. Unanimously approved. 6.D. LACONIA ROD & GUN Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve the entertainment application by  Roy. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Joubert. Unanimously approved. 6.D. LACONIA ROD & GUN Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve the entertainment application by Laconia Rod and Gun. Motion was made by Chief Joubert and seconded by Captain Finogle. Unanimously approved. 6.E. NH TOWING ASSOCIATION EVENT Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve the event application by NH Towing Association. Motion was made by Captain Finogle and seconded by Chief Joubert. Unanimously approved. 6.F. NH VINTAGE VINYL Chairman Jim Rogato entertained a motion to approve the event application by NH Vintage Vinyl, contingent upon approval by Special Events application.
