FACILITY USE REQUESTS: ● Gilford Women’s Baseball Team - Opechee Park- TBD from 12pm to 3pm for NH food bank Fundraising event. • AA District II-Opechee Park- Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 9am to 5pm for a picnic. • Belknap Mill Society – Rotary Park– Thursdays, September 2015 from 5pm to 9pm for summer concert. • Laconia Youth Football and Cheer- Memorial Park Baseball field- Monday to Friday, July 27, 2015 through October 30, 2015 from 5pm to 8pm for athletics-football practice. • Lakes Region Girls Softball- Woodland Heights-Saturday August 22, 2015 and Sundays, August 23 through October 18, 2015 from 8am to 8pm for softball games and practice. • Laconia Human Relations- Opechee Park- Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 4pm to 8pm for Immigrant Integration Initiative with hands across the table picnic. 7. ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS-ROTARY PARK The following wedding requests for Rotary Park have been approved administratively: • Sarah Olisky Wedding- Rotary Gazebo-Saturday, July 9, m2016 from 1pm to 2pm for a wedding ceremony. • Robbins’ wedding-Rotary Gazebo- Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm for a wedding ceremony. 8.
