City of Laconia Planning Board & Conservation Commission Wednesday August 18, 2021 4:00 PM Site walk Accepted October 5, 2021 Present from Planning Board: Brett Beliveau, Stacy Soucy Present from Conservation Comm: Dean Anson, Mike Foot Present for applicant: Jason Hill, TF Moran; David Jennings, President of Jennings Excavation Inc.; Timothy Britain Esq., CLEVELAND, WATERS AND BASS, P.A.; Chris Danforth- TF Moran (Wetlands Scientist) Staff: Conservation Tech Taylor Daigle, Planning Director Dean Trefethen and Assistant Planner Rob Mora The site was toured. The vernal pool and adjacent wetlands were observed. The rock pile and loam pile were observed. Questions were asked about the present utilities and their possible reuse. Areas of adjacent home/abutters were explained. How the new detention pond and drainage would work were explained. Arrangement of the entrance driveway and secondary driveway were outlined. The improvements to Endicott Street East and required turn lanes were discussed. Site walk ended at 5:15pm
