CALL TO ORDER B. Loughlin: Calls the meeting to order at 12:04 PM 2. Providing the application for fireworks, insurance, port-o-potty contract, TTO, and site map. Continues on describing where tents will be located and what they will be used for. C. Roffo: Explains what's inspections will be needed for the tents and that they must be staked down. K. Erickson, Fire Chief: Explains that they need approval from the state and then routed to the Fire Department and the Police Department. S.
