Loughlin: Calls the meeting to order at 12:07 PM 2. ROLL CALL Chair: B. Loughlin: Conducts roll call with the following present: Shannon Greenwood, Kevin Dunleavy, Brandee Loughlin, Al Graton, Ben Crawford, and Charlie Roffo. Krista Larsen arrived after roll call was conducted. 3. RECORDING SECRETARY Robert Mora, Zoning Technician 4. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE None 5. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS Chair: B. Loughlin: Asks if everyone has had a chance to review the minutes to the previous meetings and if any changes are requested? No one asks for any changes or corrections to the minutes. Chair: B. Loughlin: States that since no one has any requests or changes the the minutes they will be considered accepted as presented. 6. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS, CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Continue The Public Hearing For The Applicant And The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. There are no continued Public Hearings 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS, POSSIBLE CONSIDERATION AND VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Have A Presentation From The Applicant And Open A Public Hearing For The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 7.1. PL2018-0079SE - Triathlon - Opechee Park (PDF) Chair: B. Loughlin: Opens the application at 12:08 PM Applicant: Explains event and that it will be similar to last years event with minor changes to the route as discussed previously with the Police Department. Loughlin: Closes the application to the public at 12:10 PM Chair: B. Loughlin: Recommends that the application if approved be approved with the same conditions as last year. K. Dunleavy: Motions to approve the application with the same conditions as last year. A. Graton: Seconds motion. All voted in favor 7-0. 7.2. PL2018-0083SE - Pumpkin Festival - Downtown Laconia The Applicant was not available to present the application. K. Dunleavy: Motions to continue the application to next month. A. Graton: Seconds motion. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 8.1. PL2018-0086SE - Biketemberfest - Block Party (PDF) Chair: B. Loughlin: Asks for agent for Biketemberfest to come forward and discuss event. Agent: Jennifer Anderson: Explains event and what they would like to do. Board explains which licenses will be needed and which will not be. Also that the applicant will need to come to the special events meeting for next month to present the application in a public meeting. 9. AFTER ACTION REPORT Chair: B. Loughlin: States that we will move the after action report to next month with the Public Works Director, Wes Anderson will be available to present his information. 10. ADJOURNMENT A.
