CALL TO ORDER Meeting was called to order at 12:05 pm by R. Mora 2. ROLL CALL Members present: Amy Lovisek, Parks & Recreation; Capt. PL2020-0009MC Endicott Rock Park - Weirs Beach (PDF) The committee reviewed the issue that occurred during Motorcycle Week 2019 with the location of the porto-potties and the attendants who were cleaning the units setting up a table with tip jar, etc. It was noted that the porto-johns are provided by the City, Parks and Recreation will work with staff to provide a site plan with location of porto-johns. PL2020-0013SE Lakes Region Sled Dog Club (PDF) Jennifer Hollows of Lakes Region Sled Dog Club submitted an updated trail map. She informed the committee, that due to the lack of snow/trail conditions, the start has been changed to the Laconia Country Club. She noted there will be no food vendor, they will have two porto-potties, dumpster. It was noted that there will be only two road crossings; they still have loudspeaker for announcements, a merchandise vendor. They will contact the SAU regarding extra parking at Elm Street School. Graton made a motion to approve application PL2020-0013SE Lakes Region Sled Dog Club with the updated conditions. C. Roffo seconded the motion. Additional Conditions (to include last years): - Additional parking to be provided at Elm Street School; pending approval from SAU - Permission letter from Laconia Country Club for use of the property to be provided to Planning Office.
