ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS 5.1. September 7, 2022 Draft Minutes Minutes accepted as presented- motion to approve by W. Anderson, seconded by Amy Lovisek, all approve. 6. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS, CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Continue The Public Hearing For The Applicant And The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 7. Duncan said that the applicant could not be present, but Ms. Gifford had made arrangements with the Police Department, Public Works, and Parks and Recreation. A Temporary Traffic Order had been discussed. A Lovisek said that there had been no filing for Park Facilities Use for Opechee Park and Rotary Park. Wes Anderson said that the TTO should be approved by Oct. 11. A Lovisek asked if there was going to be a horse drawn wagon this year, but that was not known. M. Finogle mentioned that Hectors may required outdoor service licensing for alcohol. N. Schwarz motioned to approve the application with the condition that: A TTO be finalized, parks facilities use permits be obtained. Seconded by W. Anderson, all approve. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9.
