ROLL CALL Roll call Amy Lovisek (Parks and Rec), Joe Gray (Code Enforcement), Captain Michael Finogle (Police), Chief Tim Joubert (Fire Dept.), Nick Schwarz (Water Dept.) Sheena Duncan (Planning) 3. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS accepted as presented. 5.1. Draft Minutes 6. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS, CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Continue The Public Hearing For The Applicant And The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS, POSSIBLE CONSIDERATION AND VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Have A Presentation From The Applicant And Open A Public Hearing For The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 7.1. PL2022-102- 626 Main Street- “1k Max” The Board reviewed the application and approved Temporary Traffic Order. Cpt. Finogle said that the applicant would need to contact DPW to make arrangements for the setting of barricades and traffic control devices. It was not certain why there would be a Red Cross Truck in the parking lot adjacent to the Wayfarer. 7.1. The Board reviewed the application and approved Temporary Traffic Order. Cpt. It was not certain why there would be a Red Cross Truck in the parking lot adjacent to the Wayfarer. There being no members of the public to speak for or against, public comment was closed. Motion by A. Lovisek to approve the application as presented, seconded by N. Schwarz, all in favor. 7.2. PL2022-103 - 915 Main St (Opechee Park) -Celebrate Laconia Lights Festival Daryl Dawson represented the application, stating that this was the second year that it would run the same rout (see plan). He discussed the plans for the car parade, trees in the park and TTO from the previous year. He asked if it were ok for horses to be in the parade if they were picked up after- Cpt. Finogle said that horses had been in other parades, with no problems. Jim Regatto of the Licensing committee suggested that the applicant come to licensing for the vendors outlined in the plan. Motion by A. Lovisek to approve with the condition that the applicant seek licensing for the vendors on site, seconded by N. Schwarz. All in favor. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. ADJOURNMENT Motion by A. Lovisek to adjourn, seconded by Cpt. Finogle. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 12:35.
