CALL TO ORDER Meeting was called to order at 12:03PM 2. ROLL CALL Scott Pelchat did the roll call 3. RECORDING SECRETARY Scott Pelchat Zoning Technician 4. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE Amy Lovisek, Nate Guerette, Tim Joubert, Scott Pelchat, Hilary young, Mike Finogle, and Nick Schwarz. 5. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS Minutes were accepted unanimously. 5.1. Minutes 6. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS, CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Continue The Public Hearing For The Applicant And The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS, POSSIBLE CONSIDERATION AND VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda Section Is For The Board To Have A Presentation From The Applicant And Open A Public Hearing For The Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This Time. 8. PL2023-0108SE NHTA 52nd Tow & Trade Show The applicant Donald Gagnon spoke on behalf of the application to allow for the 52nd Tow & Trade Show at 76 Endicott St E on May 17th thru may 19th 2024 The Set-up for the event will be on Friday May 17th and the event will kick off Saturday into Sunday culminating with parade on Sunday that will start at the 70 north parking lot proceeding on Endicott St. to Patrick's pub than west to Macintyre circle than north on weirs boulevard back to the Drive in theater. Scott opened for public comment at 12:12PM and closed to the public at 12:13PM. there were no further questions from the committee. And Scott sought a motion to approve and Amy made a motion to approve and it was seconded by Nick and it was unanimous. 9. Fantastic Mushroom Festival  boulevard back to the Drive in theater. Scott opened for public comment at 12:12PM and closed to the public at 12:13PM. there were no further questions from the committee. And Scott sought a motion to approve and Amy made a motion to approve and it was seconded by Nick and it was unanimous. 9. Fantastic Mushroom Festival The applicant Leslie Judice spoke on behalf of the application to allow for the Fantastic Forage mushroom Festival event at 2075 Parade Rd. Leslie mentioned the purpose of the event would be for educational and networking purposes only and that her property that exists as an event site would be all inclusive for this event. Scott opened up for public Discussion at 12:19PM and closed to the Public At 12:20PM the committee had no further questions. Scott sought a motion to approve and the motion was made by Nate and was seconded by Nick and was unanimously approved. 10. OTHER BUSINESS 11.
