ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS The previous meeting minutes were accepted as written. 5.1. Minutes 6. PL2024-0011 SE Biketemberfest This Application was tabled to the May 1st Meeting to allow time for the applicant to resubmit the application and attend the meeting to speak on behalf of the application. 9. PL2024-0012 SE Wake The Lake This Application was tabled to the May 1st Meeting to allow time for the applicant to resubmit the application and attend the meeting to speak on behalf of the application. 10. PL2024-0014 MC 45 Endicott St  9. PL2024-0012 SE Wake The Lake This Application was tabled to the May 1st Meeting to allow time for the applicant to resubmit the application and attend the meeting to speak on behalf of the application. 10. PL2024-0014 MC 45 Endicott St The applicant Dana Quinn spoke on behalf of the application to allow for parking of 100 Motorcycles on the property at 45 Endicott St East from June 8th to June 16th 2024 Dana advised that the dates referenced in the news paper posting were incorrect and Scott Pelchat advised the correct dates would be reflected in the final Notice Of Action. The water department advised a backflow test be completed at the property prior to the event. There were no other concerns mentioned and a motion was sought to approve the application PL2024-0014MC Amy motioned to approve and it was 2nd by Nick and passed unanimously. T 11. PL2024-0015 MC 208 Lakeside Ave Fred Merrill spoke regarding the application for the veterans property's at 208 Lakeside Ave. Fred stated no changes would be made to the previous years format where 5 vendors 7 tents for the event from 6/7 to 6/16 F 2024. there were no concerns from the committee and a motion was sought Amy motioned to approve application PL2024-0015 MC and it was seconded by Nick and it was unanimous. 12. PL2024-0023 MC 19 Rollercoaster Rd A This application is a returning event and was found to have no concerns as a returning event. a motion was made to approve PL2024-0023 MC by Amy and was seconded by Nick and was unanimous. 13. PL2024-0024 SE 45 Beacon St E R This Application was tabled to the May 1st Meeting to allow time for the applicant to resubmit the application and attend the meeting to speak on behalf of the application. 14. PL2024-0025 MC 104 Endicott St E This application is a returning event and was found to have no concerns as a returning event. a motion was D made to approve PL2024-0025 MC by Mike and was seconded by Nick and was unanimous. 15.
