Call to order Chair Paul Moynihan called the meeting to order at 2:07 pm and introduced the committee. Present: William Clary, Police; Cliff Jones, Code; Paul Moynihan, Public Works; Brandee Loughlin, Planning Absent: Seth Nuttelman, Water; Charlie Roffo, Fire, Jon Duhamel, Assessing Recording this meeting: Kalena Graham II. New Business None III. Public Hearing Chair Moynihan opened the public hearing at 2:09 pm. a) Appl# PL2015-0110MSP 579 Endicott Street North Funspot Proposal to build 70 x 30 foot ice cream & toilet facility Applicant: Barry Beauregard from BPS and Robert Lawton, Funspot owner was present. B. Beauregard explained the project. The foundation will be a slab with frost wall. B. Loughlin asked if there were new lighting proposed and if so, it would need to be shielded and downcast. R. Lawton stated that Jordan’s will be distributing the ice cream. W. Clary asked if there would be parking added and was told no. The intent is to have customers get the ice cream on the way to the car or on the way into Funspot. Chair Moynihan asked if the outdoor mini golf course would still be open and was told no. R. Lawton said many hours had been put in to restoring the statues every winter and they will now be in the indoor course. The amount will be $1000.00. W. Clary made the motion to approve the application with the addition of $1000.00 site restoration security deposit. C. Jones seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously 4-0. IV. Other business None V. Minutes Approval of minutes from July 29, 2015 W. Clary made the motion to approve the minutes as submitted from July 29. B. Loughlin seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously 4-0. VI. Adjournment W. Clary made the motion to adjourn. B. Loughlin seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously 4-0.
