CALL TO ORDER Only two members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment were present; three are necessary for a quorum of the Board. The group met at the site at 3:35 PM for an overview of the project site. 2. ROLL CALL ZBA Members: Michael Dellavecchia; Mike Foote Public: Attorney Philip Brouillard; Biran Gilbert; Linda Pilliod 3. RECORDING SECRETARY Karen Santoro, Zoning Technician 4. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE Dean Trefethen, Director of Planning & Community Development 5. SITE WALK 5.I. ZO2020-0107SE And ZO2020-0108VAR Province Street Site Walk (PDF) It was briefly explained that this visit is for fact gathering only; the merits of the application will be discussed at the meeting on December 21st. Attorney Brouillard oriented the attendees to the site; explained that it is bounded on one side by the cemetery and there is a power line easement on east side; the dog park is also behind the parcel. The main access is from Province St., and there is a proposed emergency vehicle access road that exits to Hounsell Ave. The approximate orientation of the proposed buildings and parking was outlined. 6. ADJOURNMENT At 3:50 the orientation concluded, and all attendees dispersed.
