1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Michael DellaVechia called the meeting to order at 6:30PM

in attendance, Roland Maheu, Richard Boddie, Jane Laroche, Chair Michael DellaVechia , and Marcia
Hayward.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS
The previous meetings minutes were accepted 4 votes for and one member abstaining

7. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS, CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This
Agenda Section Is For The Board To Continue The Public Hearing For The Applicant And The Public To
Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote At This
Time.
8. PUBLIC HEARINGS, POSSIBLE CONSIDERATION AND VOTE Note: The Purpose Of This Agenda
Section Is For The Board To Have A Presentation From The Applicant And Open A Public Hearing For The
Public To Provide Input. The Board May Also Deliberate The Application, Decide And Conduct A Final Vote
At This Time.
8.I. ZO2023-0100VAR 91 Rolling Lane
Mike Dellavechia asked the applicants to come forward on behalf of there application ZO2023-0100VAR
to allow for the erection of a gazebo in there back yard with one post encroaching into the 10 foot side
setback by 2 feet. Anthony and Gail Nappo spoke regarding the proposed project stating that this
gazebo would be enjoyed by the Nappo family and that they had talked to several surrounding
neighbors about the project. The board had some questions for the Nappos in particular the easement
that runs through the south east portion of there property. It was discussed that at some point an error
was made by the neighboring property owner on the placement of the structure which led to the
easement between properties. Richard Boddie asked Scott Pelchat if there was any course the city
could take to fix the easement Scott stated he did not believe so but would inquire none the less ( After
discussing With the planning Director Scott found that it would be a matter addressed by the two

Mike DellaVechia opened for public discussion as there was none Mike read a letter of support from
Laurie Mayhew and the board closed for discussion Mike DellaVechia sought a motion and it was made
by Marcia Hayward and it was seconded by Jane Laroche and was unanimously approved.
The Board thanked the Nappos and wished them the best of luck with there new gazebo.
