BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY MINUTES July 22, 2025 Regular Session: The Board of Public Works and Safety met in regular session on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Common Council Chambers. Members present were: Gary Henriott, Cindy Murray, Amy Moulton and Eric Rody. Absent: Ron Shriner Jacque Chosnek, City Attorney, was present. President Henriott called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the flag of our Country. MINUTES Mrs. Moulton moved for approval of the minutes from the July 15, 2025 regular meeting. Mrs. Murray seconded. Passed. NEW BUSINESS Water Works Certificate of Substantial Completion-Glick Wellfield Improvements Steve Moore, Water Works Superintendent, presented to the Board and recommended approval of a Certificate of Substantial Completion for the Glick Wellfield Improvements with Reynolds Construction. Mr. Moore stated that Reynolds Construction achieved being substantially complete with the project on June 23, 2025. The total amount begin held in retainage is $169,140.00 which is equal to 200% of the value of the remaining items to be completed. Mr. Rody moved for approval. Mrs. Murray seconded. Passed. CLAIMS Jeremy Diehl, Controller, presented for Board approval of Claims in the amount of $5,430,164.36. President Henriott asked if there were any further questions and there were none. Mrs. Moulton moved for approval. Mr. Rody seconded. Passed.
