NEW BUSINESS
2019-22 Petition filed by JAMES F. OLDS AND SARAH K. TOEBBE for multiple requests for
property located at 915 PONTIAC AVE.:
1) Variance to reduce the side yard setback to 16" instead of the required 5'.
2) Variance to reduce the rear yard setback to 18" instead of the required 10'.
Ms. Walder moved to hear and approve the petitions, second by Mr. Williams. The petitioner, James F.
0!ds, was present.
Mr. Olds stated that he is requesting these variances so he can rebuild a garage in the same location as
the existing garage while making it slightly larger. The proposed garage would not be any closer to the
property lines as the existing garage. They are replacing the garage because it is in poor shape. Mr. Olds
pointed out that there are multiple garages in this area that sit very close to property lines so he did not
feei iike these variances would create anything out of the ordinary.
The Board voted by ballot:
2019-22:
1) 4 yes 0 no. Petition GRANTED.
2) 4 yes O no. Petition GRANTED.
Petitions 2019-23 and 2019-24 were continued due to a failure to be published.
