TIPPECANOE COUNTY LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FINANCING BOARD July 26, 2016 The Tippecanoe County Local Environmental Response Financing Board met on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of Lafayette City Hall. Present were: Lon Heide, Tony Roswarski and Zach Beasley Absent: David Byers, Kevin Underwood and John Dennis. Tony Benton, Attorney from Stuart & Branigin, was also present.
