City of Lake Forest Park CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION December 12, 2025 MINUTES Commission members present: Chair John Olson, Vice Chair Kim Anderson, Cmr. Silje Sodal Staff present: Secretary/Chief Examiner Shannon Moore Chair Olson called the meeting to order at approximately 9:03am. The meeting took place via Zoom. Approve Minutes A. November 20, 2025 Civil Service Commission Minutes: Vice Chair Anderson made a motion to approve the November 20, 2025 meeting minutes. Chair Olson seconded the motion. Meeting minutes were unanimously approved. Reports and Communications None. Old Business None. New Business A. Certify Support Services Officer Eligibility List: Secretary Moore provided a brief summary of the Support Services Officer position’s job duties. Chair Olson made a motion to approve the Support Services Officer eligibility list as presented. Cmr. Sodal seconded the motion. Motion was unanimously approved. Announcements/Schedule of Events Secretary Moore shared that due to workload demands and time constraints, the entry level interviews planned for December will be moved to the beginning of 2026. There is a lateral interview scheduled for next week, however, which will possibly result in more meeting before the end of the calendar year. November 20, 2025 Minutes approved 12.22.25 Adjournment A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at approximately 9:18am.
