Silje Sodal Absent Commission Members: N/A Staff Present: HR Specialist Christine Bray, Chief Harden, Cmdr. Adams Chair Olson called the meeting to order at approximately 9:39am. Approve Minutes A. April 27, 2026 Civil Service Commission Minutes: Vice Chair Anderson made a motion to approve the April 27, 2026, meeting minutes. Cmr. Sodal seconded the motion. Meeting minutes were unanimously approved. Reports and Communications N/A Old Business A. Entry Level and Lateral Police Officer Civil Service List - Removal of Names: Chair Olson made a motion to remove the entry level and lateral police officer names as presented by HR Specialist Bray. Cmr. Sodal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. New Business A. Certify Entry Level and Lateral Police Officer Civil Service Eligibility List: Vice Chair Anderson made a motion to approve the Cmr. Sodal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. Announcements/Schedule of Events B. Interim Police Chief: Christine Bray discussed Cmdr. Zanella appointed as interim Chief of Police. Adjournment Vice Chair Anderson made motion to adjourn the meeting. Chair Olson seconded, Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 10:32am.
