Executive Session A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A): 1) Discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property. (A.R.S. § 38-431(A)(7)). 1.1) Discuss and instruct City representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase of real property in conjunction with the Vision 20/20 Downtown Project. 2) Discussion or consultation for legal advice with an Attorney for the City, if necessary (A.R.S. § 38-431(A)(3)). 2.1) Discuss and instruct City representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase of real property in conjunction with the Vision 20/20 Downtown Project. Any records or documents distributed to the City Council or any conversations occurring during executive session shall be kept confidential.
