CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PRIVATE MEETING TO DISCUSS UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS Please be advised that during the Regular Commission Meeting of the Lake Park Town Commission, it will hold a private session in accordance with Section 255.065(15)(d)1., Fla. Stat. to discuss the proposals for a public private partnership (P-3) Qualifying Project involving the potential redevelopment of the Lake Park Harbor Marina. The Town Commission will convene the regular meeting in the Commission Chamber of Town Hall and then move into the Mirror Ballroom for the private meeting on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, which begins at 6:00 p.m. at 535 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida. The Commission will recess its meeting to hold this private meeting. The private session of the Commission is anticipated to last at least one hour.
