1. CALL TO ORDER
The Chair called the meeting to order.
2. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Robert Ohlinger, Travis Burns, Clarke Gerard, Barbara Pelisek
Staff Present: Amanda Raabe, Airport Manager; Jennifer Nanek, City Clerk
3. Minutes - May 4, 2020
Barbara Pelisek made a motion to approve the minutes of May 4, 2020. The motion was seconded and
unanimously approved.
4. COMMUNICATIONS AND PETITIONS
5. AIRPORT UPDATES
Amanda Raabe reported that she could not get information on gallons sold as there was an equipment
malfunction. The funding for the master plan has been approved as of today. All the rents are the same but
there were no jump fees due to quarantine. The building plans for the corporate hangars have been approved
and construction will begin once the septic tank is removed. The remaining trailers from the campground will
be moved soon.
Funding has been approved for several upcoming projects including the master plan.
Ms. Raabe said that we finally got a new tractor after waiting a year.
6. AIRPORT ACTIVITIES MONTHLY REPORT
Ms. Raabe reviewed the report that is attached to these minutes.
7. CHAIR
7.I. User Group Meetings
Ms. Raabe said that the next user group meeting will be virtual and will be hosted by FAA. It will be
July 14, 5:30 p.m.
8. BOARD MEMBER UPDATES
Jennifer Nanek reported that Barbara Pelisek and Robert Ohlinger are rotating off the board as of July 1, but
are eligible to reapply for a new term if they wish. The board could make a recommendation if they so
desired.
Bob Ohlinger said he would like to move forward with updating the master plan so we can get more hangars
and get more revenue for the airport. The hangars were discussed. The new corporate hangars may be done
by the end of the year.
Ms. Pelisek asked about possible flight schools coming to the airport that she has heard about. Ms. Raabe
said two are interested. There is also a manufacturing company interested in coming when more hangars
are built.

The meeting was adjourned. The next meeting is July 6th.
