MINUTES CITY OF LAKE WORTH BEACH CITY COMMISSION PRE-AGENDA WORKSHOP VIA ZOOM FRIDAY, MARCH 13, 2026 – 9:00 AM The meeting was called to order by Mayor Resch on the above date at 9:02 AM via Zoom in Lake Worth Beach. ROLL CALL: Present were Mayor Betty Resch, Vice Mayor Sarah Malega and Commissioners Christopher McVoy and Mimi May. Also present were Interim City Manager Jamie Brown, City Attorney Glen L. Torcivia and City Clerk Melissa Ann Coyne. Commissioner Anthony Segrich was absent. UPDATES / FUTURE ACTION / DIRECTION: Action: Consensus to reschedule the Special Meeting – Advisory Board Ordinance to immediately follow the Regular Meeting scheduled for March 17, 2026. Action: Consensus to have a presentation from Vaughn Baker, Water Utilities Director at the April 7, 2026 regular meeting regarding water conservation. Action: Consensus to have a presentation regarding the Fannie Mae Ghost House added to a future agenda. Action: Consensus to include a discussion under Commission Liaison Reports and Comments at the March 17, 2026 regular meeting regarding the city manager job description and salary range.
