The Finance Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves the Warrant dated October 15, 2007 in the amount of $828,534.00 which includes the following items over 5% of the total: 1. Backus/Brown, 250 Hanbury Drive. The Planning and Development Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A VARIATION FOR 250 HANBURY DRIVE. The Planning and Development Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A VARIATION FOR 225 OAKWOOD ROAD. (Assign ORD. #2007-10-530) (Document included in packet.) D. Lake Zurich Professional Center, 350 Surryse Road. The Planning and Development Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE TEXT OF THE LAKE ZURICH ZONING CODE FOR 350 SURRYSE ROAD (ALPINE PHYSICIANS). (Assign ORD. #2007-10-531) (Document included in packet.) E. Well 10 and Well 11, maintenance. The Public Works Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves a contract with Layne Western in the amount of $127,923.50 to perform pump maintenance on Well #10 and Well #11. F. Bid award for Staples Park improvements. The Public Works Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves the award of bid to M M Burke, Inc. in the amount of $677,677 for the Staples Park improvements. G. Ordinance regulating truck deliveries. The Public Safety Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, CHAPTER 2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF LAKE ZURICH TO REGULATE OVERNIGHT BUSINESS DISTRICT DELIVERIES AND SIMILAR NOISE-MAKING ACTIVITIES. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves this edition of the Newsline as presented. 7.
