PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE LAKE ZURICH BOARD OF TRUSTEES Public Notice is hereby given that there will be a special meeting of the Lake Zurich Board of Trustees on Wednesday, January 28, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Village Hall Board Room, 70 East Main Street, Lake Zurich, Illinois, in accordance with the Illinois Compiled State Statutes. AGENDA 1. Roll Call: President Tolomei, Trustees Branding, Callahan, Johnson, McAvoy, Poynton, and Taylor 2. Consideration of Development Agreement between the Village of Lake Zurich and the Equity Services Group, LLC (ESG) 3. Executive Session called to discuss pending, probable, or imminent litigation, property acquisition and/or disposition of Village owned property. 4.
