6. CONSENT AGENDA
(Matters on the Consent Agenda will be considered by a single motion and vote

A. Fiscal Year 2009-10 Budget. The Committee of the Whole recommends
approval and the Board of Trustees approves AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE
BUDGET OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE ZURICH, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS FOR
ALL CORPORATE PURPOSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON
THE FIRST DAY OF MAY 2009 AND ENDING ON THE THIRTIETH DAY OF

B. Florence Avenue, plat of vacation and plat of consolidation. The Public Works
Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves:
1) AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF VILLAGE-OWNED RIGHT-OF-
WAY KNOWN AS FLORENCE AVENUE. (Assign ORD. #2009-04-627)

2) AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLAT OF CONSOLIDATION FOR THAT
PART OF FLORENCE AVENUE LYING WITHIN THE RAND ESTATES

C. Deerpath Commons Retail Center, request for release of Letter of Credit. The
Public Works Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees
approves the release of Letter of Credit #1703-102 for Deerpath Commons
Retail Center.
D. AHCS Walk-a-thon, request for use of Paulus Park on September 27, 2009.
The Public Works Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees
approves the request from AHCS for usage of Paulus Park, September 27, 2009
with fees.
E. Newsline, May/June edition. The Committee of the Whole recommends approval
and the Board of Trustees approves this edition of the Newsline as revised.

C. ORDINANCE APPROVING SALARY ADMINISTRATION PLAN FOR FISCAL

D. Contract with Layne Western to perform preventive maintenance on Well #8 in
the amount of $73,345.50 with waiver of the bidding process. (Document

Fuerte Systems in the amount of $278,755.00 for the Bristol Trail Park

11. TRUSTEE REPORTS
