The Public Works Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves: 1) AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF VILLAGE-OWNED RIGHT-OF- WAY KNOWN AS FLORENCE AVENUE. The Public Works Committee recommends approval and the Board of Trustees approves the request from AHCS for usage of Paulus Park, September 27, 2009 with fees. E. Newsline, May/June edition.
