APPROVED LAKE ZURICH BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING 70 East Main Street Tuesday, May 29, 2007, 6:30 p.m. 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Meeting was called to order at 6:35 pm. Present were President Tolomei, Trustees Branding, Callahan, Johnson, McAvoy, Poynton, and Taylor. Village Administrator Dixon was also present. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION Executive Session was called for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. MOTION was made by Trustee Taylor, seconded by Trustee Branding, to adjourn to Executive Session. AYES: 6 Trustees Branding, Callahan, Johnson, McAvoy, Poynton, and Taylor NAYS: 0 MOTION CARRIED Meeting adjourned at 6:37 pm. Meeting reconvened at 7:26 pm with everyone present. 3. ADJOURNMENT MOTION was made by Trustee Taylor, seconded by Trustee McAvoy, to adjourn the special board meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:27 pm. Voice vote, all in favor.
