C. Village Board

APPROVED SPECIAL MEETING LAKE ZURICH BOARD OF TRUSTEES 70 EAST MAIN ST. THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2007 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Meeting was called to order at 5:12 pm. Present were Village President Tolomei, Trustees Branding, Callahan, Johnson, McAvoy, Poynton, and Taylor. Sharon Morien from the PAR Group was also present. 2. The special board meeting was called for the purpose of discussing personnel matters; specifically interview a potential candidate to replace Village Administrator Dixon upon his retirement in December. The agenda was amended to include discussion on two possible litigation matters. 3. ADJOURNMENT MOTION was made by Trustee McAvoy, seconded by Trustee Taylor, to adjourn to Executive Session and not reconvene to open session. Voice vote, all in favor. MOTION CARRIED.
