APPROVED LAKE ZURICH BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING Monday, June 1, 2009 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 6:12pm Present were Village President Branding, Trustees Halen, Johnson, Poynton, Sprawka and Sustich. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion was made by Trustee Sprawka, seconded by Trustee Poynton to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of discussing personnel and not reconvene to open session.
