APPROVED LAKE ZURICH BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING Thursday, September 17, 2009 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 1:45PM. Present were Village President Branding, Trustees Johnson, Poynton, and Sustich (by telephone). Also present were Village Administrator Vitas and Finance Director Zochowski. Trustees Halen, Rzeznik, and Sprawka were excused. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion made to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of discussing pending, probable and imminent litigation, and not reconvene to open session. Motion was made by Trustee Johnson, seconded by Trustee Poynton to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of discussing pending, probable and imminent litigation, and not reconvene to open session. Voice vote, AYES have it. MOTION CARRIED. 3. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 1:46PM.
