APPROVED VILLAGE OF LAKE ZURICH COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE AUGUST 13, 2007 The meeting was called to order at 8:53 p.m. ROLL CALL: Present –Mayor Tolomei, Trustees Branding, Callahan, Johnson, McAvoy, Poynton, and Taylor. Also present – Administrator Dixon, Village Attorney Burkland, Police Chief Urry, Fire Chief Mastandrea, Building and Zoning Director Peterson, Public Works Director/Engineer Heyden, and Assistant Village Engineer Lebbos. APPROVAL OF JULY 23, 2007 MINUTES: MOTION made by Trustee McAvoy, seconded by Trustee Poynton, to approve the minutes of the July 23, 2007 Committee of the Whole as submitted. Voice vote, all in favor. MOTION CARRIED. NEWSLINE –SEPTEMBER 2007 EDITION Mayor Tolomei said he will send a copy of the President’s Column to all trustees via e-mail. MOTION was made by Trustee McAvoy, seconded by Trustee Taylor, to recommend the Board of Trustees approve the September 2007 edition of Newsline subject to comments regarding the President’s Column. AYES: 6 Trustees Branding, Callahan, Johnson, McAvoy, Poynton, and Taylor NAYS: 0 MOTION CARRIED EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING PENDING, PROBABLE, OR IMMINENT LITIGATION MOTION made by Trustee McAvoy, seconded by Trustee Johnson, to adjourn to Executive Session at 8:55 p.m. and not to reconvene to open session.
