APPROVED VILLAGE OF LAKE ZURICH COMMUNITY AND POLICE ADVISORY COMMITTEE 70 E. Main Street, Lake Zurich February 10, 2010 at 7:30 PM 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Jim Schultz at 7:30 PM Present were Chairperson Jim Schultz, and members William Benson, John Ridgeway, Commander David Bradstreet, Sergeant Tracey Goodyear, and Village Trustee Tom Poynton. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES, October 14, 2009 MOTION was made by William Benson, seconded by John Ridgeway, to approve the meeting minutes of October 14 , 2009. Voice vote, AYES have it. MOTION CARRIED 3. Stop Sign (Telser Road at Ensell Road) Since the tress were trimmed and the new signs erected there have been no traffic crashes at the intersection. A motion was made by John Ridgeway, and seconded by William Benson to take no further action on this matter. Voice vote, AYES have it. MOTION CARRIED 4. Lake Property Owners Association (LPOA) – Swimming across the lake It was determined there may be an ordinance in place which governs this issue. Mr. Ernst indicated he would drop the matter as long as the Marine Unit charged already had the ability to enforce the matter. 5. Adjournment. MOTION was made by John Ridgeway, seconded by Dave Bradstreet, to adjourn the meeting. Voice vote, AYES have it. MOTION CARRIED Meeting adjourned at 8:01 PM Respectfully submitted: David M.
