TREE COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES September 17, 2007 Approved Roll Call: Shawn Walkington, Chairperson, Al Froehde, Tony Harper, Scott Garrison And Mary Kozub Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the August 20, 2007 were approved with one change to indicate that Mary Kozub was excused from attendance. The minutes were then approved by Mary Kozub and seconded by Al Froehde. Discussion centered on the proposed ordinance Amending Title 7, Chapter 6 of the Lake Zurich Municipal Code Concerning the Regulation of Trees. All appropriate changes have been made and now will be referred to our Village Board. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8 p.m. Submitted by: Shawn Walkington
